do you take commissions for custom pieces?
we love taking on commissions and experimenting with new designs. to inquire about commissioning something special, email us at contact@desiredobjects.com
what is your turnaround time?
made to order jewelry pieces typically take between 2-4 weeks depending on the specific item and current load of orders in the queue. i use the royal we often, but every piece is made and fulfilled by one person! i work as fast as i can to get your pieces to you. if you need your pieces by a certain date please reach out and i'll do my best to accommodate.
what is your refund policy?
we do not accept refunds or exchanges at this time! once your order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. this means we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. please double check your address at checkout! all orders are shipped standard with tracking with usps and come with up to $100 insurance. if you want to request delivery with signature needed for more security, leave a note at checkout! additionally, if any items arrive damaged or require repairs down the line, they will be replaced free of charge. we only ask that you cover shipping sending it to us, and we will cover shipping back to you!
what are your pieces made of?
we work exclusively with surgical grade stainless steel materials. if you want a custom piece in a different material such as brass, email us to discuss a custom order!
