do you take commissions for custom pieces?

we love taking on commissions and experimenting with new designs. to inquire about commissioning something special, email us at shopdesiredobjects@gmail.com 

 

what is your turnaround time?

made to order jewelry pieces typically take between 2-4 weeks depending on the specific item and current load of orders in the queue. i use the royal we often, but every piece is made and fulfilled by one person! i work as fast as i can to get your pieces to you. larger and more intricate pieces such as custom harnesses, tops and purses can be expected to take up to four weeks.

 

what is your refund policy?

we do not accept refunds or exchanges at this time! once your order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. this means we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. please double check your address at checkout! all orders are shipped with tracking with usps and do not come with insurance. if you wish to add insurance to your order please get in touch with me! additionally, if any items arrive damaged or require repairs down the line, they will be replaced free of charge. we only ask that you cover shipping sending it to us, and we will cover shipping back to you!

 

what are your pieces made of?

all materials are typically listed in the product description. we work with stainless steel jump rings and all earring hooks and clasps are 100% stainless steel. if you have any skin sensitivity concerns or want a custom piece in a different material such as aluminum or brass email us to discuss a custom order.
